Orbe Browser

An antidetect browser for running many accounts on one machine. Every profile is a separate machine: its own fingerprint, its own cookies, and its own proxy port. Nothing is shared between them.

Orbe 1.0.17 is free, with no profile limit. We keep updating it, free for everyone. Older versions update to 1.0.17 automatically.
  • A real, distinct machine per profile — canvas, WebGL, fonts, audio, timezone and hardware are consistent within a profile and different across profiles.
  • Your proxy, auto-filled — each profile routes through its own local gateway; you never type the proxy user and password by hand.
  • Automation without an automation trace — an internal control channel and an SDK/MCP that drive the browser through the real input path.
  • Kept current with Chrome — the fingerprint tracks the Chrome version most people run.
Where the line is: the proxy handles the IP, the browser handles the machine fingerprint — how you nurture your accounts is still your part.

Windows only; see Downloads.

Installing Orbe Browser (Windows)

Orbe installs for your user account only. It does not need administrator rights, and it never touches system folders like Program Files.

Install

  1. Download orbe-setup.exe from Downloads.
  2. Double-click it and follow the steps. Orbe installs to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Orbe and adds a Start Menu shortcut (and a Desktop shortcut if you keep that option checked).
  3. Launch Orbe Browser from the shortcut. The profile manager opens in your local browser window — create a profile and start.

Your profiles and settings live under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Orbe, separate from the program files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Orbe, so updates never affect them.

"Windows protected your PC" (SmartScreen)

The installer is not code-signed. The first time you run it, Windows SmartScreen may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen. This is expected for new, unsigned software — it is not a virus warning.

To continue: click More info, then Run anyway. This warning fades as more people install Orbe. If Downloads shows a checksum (SHA-256), you can verify the file matches before running it.

Automatic updates

Orbe keeps itself up to date the same way Chrome does — quietly, in the background, with no administrator prompt:

  • Orbe checks for a new version on startup and periodically while running.
  • A new version downloads in the background. You can keep using your profiles the whole time — the download never interrupts you.
  • Every downloaded update is verified (SHA-256) before anything is replaced. If verification fails, Orbe keeps your current version and tries again later.
  • The update is applied only when all profiles are closed, so a running session is never swapped out from under you.
  • Orbe keeps the previous version so it can roll back once if a new version fails to start.

You do not need to do anything. To get the newest version immediately, close all profiles and restart Orbe.

Uninstall

  1. Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or "Add or remove programs").
  2. Find Orbe Browser and choose Uninstall.

Uninstalling removes the program and its shortcuts. You are asked separately whether to delete your profiles and data: choose No to keep them (default, useful if you plan to reinstall), or Yes only to erase your Orbe profiles and data permanently. Because Orbe is a per-user install, none of this requires administrator rights.

1. Create an account and an API key

  1. Sign up at app.orbebrowser.com with your email and confirm the link we send you.
  2. In the dashboard, open API Key and create your key. It starts with orbe_ and is shown in full only once — copy it then.

The launcher uses this key to authenticate your account, sync fingerprints and send diagnostic reports. It is not your password; no one at Orbe will ever ask for your account password, and the browser never asks for it either.

2. Install

  1. Download the installer from Downloads (Windows 10/11, 64-bit).
  2. Check the file's SHA-256 against the value shown next to the download. The launcher also verifies any update against a published SHA-256 before applying it.
  3. Run the installer, open Orbe, and in Welcome to Orbe paste the one-time code from your dashboard (API Key → Connect the Orbe app → Get a one-time code).

Create a profile

Click New profile, attach a proxy, and open it. Orbe requests a fingerprint that matches a real Windows machine — you never pick individual values — and keeps that same fingerprint every time you open the profile, so it stays internally consistent.

Proxy

Each profile routes through its own local gateway on 127.0.0.1 — the browser only ever sees a plain local proxy, and your credentials stay in Orbe's own process, never exposed to the page or an extension. Paste host:port:user:pass (or host:port for an open proxy) in the profile's Proxy field; any HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy works, and WebRTC is forced through it.

Automation

Orbe drives the browser through an internal control channel inside the Chromium core: clicks, keys and scrolling travel the same event path as a real user's, and the page is read on the browser side rather than by running JavaScript inside it. The page sees no navigator.webdriver, no CDP, and no open debug port.

Script a profile from Python (import orbe) or any other language over a simple line protocol, or drive it from an AI assistant over the MCP server — the same humanized actions everywhere.

Automation & SDK reference →

Do not rely on it to avoid detection on any specific site — it removes the automation trace, it does not change how a platform judges an account.

Downloads

Always verify the SHA-256 of what you downloaded against the value shown below.

FAQ

Full FAQ →

Will my accounts be safe from bans?

We don't promise that, and you should distrust any tool that does. Orbe gives every account a consistent, real-looking machine and its own IP; whether an account survives depends on the platform, the proxy and how the account is used.

Does Orbe cost anything?

No. Orbe is free with no profile limit.

How is the browser updated?

Older versions update to 1.0.17 automatically. We keep updating it, free for everyone.

Can I use my existing automation tools?

Orbe's own SDK and MCP are the recommended path (see Automation).

Is my data safe if I lose my machine?

Profiles are stored encrypted on disk. Your fingerprints live on the server and are handed out per profile, so unpacking the app does not reveal the whole library.
